1. Introduction

Welcome to CliqBetter Ad Network (“CliqBetter,” “we, “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access and use of cliqbetter.com, our advertising platform, dashboards, APIs, software, and related services (“Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (21+ where required for iGaming)
  • Have legal authority to enter into contracts
  • Operate in compliance with applicable iGaming and advertising laws

We do not accept users or partners from prohibited jurisdictions or sanctioned countries.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may approve, reject, or suspend accounts at our discretion.

4. Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Upload malicious code
  • Use automated systems without permission
  • Access or attempt to manipulate reporting, bid streams, or fraud-prevention systems
  • Use the Services for illegal or non-compliant gambling activities

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

5. Prohibited Content & Activities

You may not use the Services to promote or distribute:

  • Illegal gambling
  • Adult, malware, spyware, or deceptive content
  • Hate speech or violent content
  • Copyright-infringing materials
  • “Black-hat” traffic or incentivized methods without disclosure

We reserve the right to block or suspend accounts violating content guidelines.

6. Payments, Billing & Balances

Advertisers prepay or deposit funds before campaigns launch (unless approved for credit terms).
Publishers are paid according to the applicable agreement.

Refunds

Refunds (when applicable) are provided only for unused balances and only after fraud verification. Processing fees may apply.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and debt recovery.

7. Data, Reporting & Tracking

CliqBetter’s tracking and reporting systems are the official measurement of impressions, clicks, conversions, and billing.

You must not bypass, manipulate, or attempt to falsify data.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, designs, databases, and branding are the property of CliqBetter.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract any source code.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

10. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with:

  • Advertising laws
  • Anti-fraud and consumer protection regulations
  • Applicable gambling regulations
  • Sanctions and AML laws

If your business requires specific licenses, you must maintain them.

11. Termination

We may terminate accounts immediately for:

  • Fraud or suspicious activity
  • Chargebacks
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal use of Services

You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Unused advertiser balances may be refunded (excluding fraudulent or invalid traffic).

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding:

  • Performance
  • Revenue results
  • Availability
  • Suitability for a particular purpose

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CliqBetter is not liable for:

  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses resulting from third-party actions or interruptions

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to CliqBetter in the 3 months prior to the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seychelles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
