Advertiser Agreement

CliqBetter Ad Network (cliqbetter.com)

This Advertiser Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all advertising services provided by CliqBetter Ad Network (“CliqBetter”) to the advertiser (“Advertiser”).

By launching campaigns, depositing funds, or using the CliqBetter platform, the Advertiser agrees to the following:

1. Services

CliqBetter provides:

Access to advertising inventory
Traffic distribution technology
Campaign management
Analytics and reporting
Anti-fraud filtering

CliqBetter does not guarantee traffic volume, conversions, or performance outcomes.

2. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertiser represents and warrants that:

All promoted content is legal, truthful, and compliant
Landing pages function properly and contain no malware
Ads comply with iGaming regulations and age-gating requirements
They will not submit misleading, malicious, or harmful creatives
They will not engage in arbitrage fraud, spoofing, or bot activity

CliqBetter may reject or pause creatives at its discretion.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Prepayment

Unless otherwise agreed:

Advertiser must deposit funds before campaigns run
Campaigns stop when balance reaches zero

3.2 Refunds

Refunds are issued only for unused funds and only after:

Fraud checks
Verifying account integrity

Funds spent on valid traffic are non-refundable.

3.3 Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback constitutes a breach of contract.
CliqBetter may:

Suspend campaigns
Recover outstanding amounts
Charge related fees
Report misuse to payment processors

4. Traffic Quality & Fraud

CliqBetter employs anti-fraud systems but cannot guarantee 100% prevention.
Advertiser must review traffic regularly and report concerns within 7 days of occurrence.

Invalid traffic disputes older than 7 days may not be reviewed.

5. Creatives & Ad Content

Advertiser must ensure all creatives:

Are accurate, legal, and compliant
Include mandatory disclosures or licensing information if required for gambling ads
Do not contain adult, hateful, violent, or deceptive material
Do not mislead users through false claims or “fake news” formats

Non-compliant creatives may be suspended without refund.

6. Targeting & Campaign Management

CliqBetter may optimize traffic distribution automatically unless the Advertiser uses manual controls.

CliqBetter may adjust campaign settings to prevent:

Fraud
Performance degradation
System abuse

Advertiser agrees that inventory supply varies and is not guaranteed.

7. Reporting

CliqBetter’s internal statistics are final and authoritative for:

Billing
Clicks
Impressions
Conversions (if applicable)

Advertiser is responsible for verifying data through their dashboard.

8. Data Usage

CliqBetter may use aggregated and anonymized campaign data to improve performance, analytics, quality scores, and machine-learning systems.

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

CliqBetter does not guarantee:

Conversion rates
Profitability
Specific volumes or quality levels
Performance stability

Advertiser acknowledges that online advertising inherently involves variability.

10. Indemnification

Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold CliqBetter harmless from:

Claims related to Advertiser’s content
Regulatory or legal violations
Intellectual property disputes
Fraudulent campaign activity

11. Limitation of Liability

CliqBetter’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Advertiser in the last 90 days.

12. Term & Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
CliqBetter may terminate immediately if:

Fraud is detected
Illegal content is promoted
Terms or policies are violated

Unused balances may be refunded after review, excluding funds tied to fraud or violations.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Seychelles.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the full understanding between the parties.
